Цели: 1.Формирование навыков составления рассказа на иностранном языке по теме.
2.Воспитывать любовь к родному краю, эстетические чувства.
3.Повторить степени сравнения прилагательных и способы сравнения, используя конструкции
Ход урока.
1.Организационный момент:
Good morning, children!
Good morning, dear guests!
I’m glad to see you at our lesson. I hope you are good today. It’s nice, lovely day and we’ll work diligently and usefully.
Our theme is TIME CHANGES PLACES.
The theme of our lesson is THE CITIES AND TOWNS OF TATARSTAN.
So, let’s start.
Look at the board.

Say, what cities and towns of Tatarstan do you know?

We are in Kazan now.
Kazan is the main city of Tatarstan. It is the capital of our Republik. The city became more beautiful. What changes have happened in Kazan?
Exercise 4.
Kazan again. It looks nicer than ever has, and very bright, fresh and colorful. The place_______ completely: it ______ more beautiful and romantic. I realize that this is just a kind of feeling< but it’s more pleasant to live in here now. I love watching all those people, being a part of the performance on the central street stage. They don’t mention it, but all those new exteriors, freshly painted old buildings, numerous tubs of flowers in front of every small coffee shop or teahouse________ the new atmosphere here. The Towns and Cities of Tatarstan.
1. Now you can see a modern where-stoned city where the old “Chelny” was once situated. All enterprises are built far from the centre of the city, in a special industrial zone. So the city is clean and people can rest peacefully after work. It takes 25 or 30 minutes to get from town to the zone by public transport.
2. Sport is very popular in the town. The most popular kinds of sport are football, volleyball and basketball. There is a large stadium in the town. The most and popular sport with boys and girls is shooting. There is a well-known Shooting school in the town. We are proud of great achievements of this school. There are 6 international Masters of sport, 46 Masters of sport, 2 World and Europe champions (l. G. Volodina and S.A. Yakimova). Swetlana Yakimova became a silver prizer of 27th Olympic Games in Sydney. They made this school and the town famous.
3. This town is old, quiet, small and provincial. It is situated on the left bank of the Kama River. It was founded in 1781. There are many old fine buildings here. They are architectural monuments of the 19th century. It is interesting to note that our town is the homeland of great Russian chemist A. M. Butlerov, a well-known pilot N. Kostin, an academician N. P. Likhachev and a Tatar writer G.Iskhaki.
Kazan.
Kazan is one of the oldest and most beautiful cities in the Volga region. Kazan is a thousand –year-old city with rich and unique history. In 2005 the people of Tatarstan, Russia and the whole world celebrated its millennium anniversary.
Kazan is located in a very picturesque place. Two rivers – the Volga River and the Kazanka river, which played an important role in the history of the country- meet here.
Thick forests whith lots of animals, vast fields, big and small rivers and deep lakes whith lots of fish make the nature of the Kazanka area beautiful.
Lake Kaban, unique in its nature, «a mirror of clear water”, is in the centre of Kazan. There are a lot of legends and mysteries connected with this lake. Some of them are sad. The Bulak River (known as the Bulak canal) is very short. It is only 2 km long and stretches from Lake Kaban to the Kazanka River.
Archaeologists are trying to find out more about the past and reconstruct the picture of the great city, to find out the information about the ways the people lived, about their customs and traditions.
Kazan is one of the most important economic centres of the Russian Federation. Large enterprises produce planes, helicopters, compressors, computer systems, optic, chemicals, consumer goods and so on. It is one of the largest rivers ports on the Volga and also the large railroad, an automobile road and an air rout centre.
Kazan is open to guests from all over the world. It’s great fun to visit Kazan.
